Google Workspace is the most under-used tool most businesses already pay for. Everyone has it, everyone uses Gmail, and almost nobody has set it up for how the company actually works.

That’s usually not a training problem. It’s an ownership problem: somebody signed up years ago, pointed the domain at it, and nobody has revisited it since. Licences for people who left. Shared drives with permissions nobody can explain. Offboarding that lives in one person’s head.

What consulting looks like

We look at how your company actually operates, then change the Workspace settings to match. Who can see and share what, how accounts are created and closed, what happens to a mailbox when someone leaves, and whether a single compromised account is contained or becomes the whole domain.

Some of it is configuration. Some of it is a process that never existed. Either way it gets handed over in a state your admins can run without us, and we train the people who will be living with it.

What it’s worth

You’re already paying for Workspace. The question is whether you’re getting it — and whether the gaps get found on a normal Tuesday, or by someone else at the worst possible moment.
